Smart Selection of Solenoid Valves

Normally closed automatic solenoid valves are produced in two types, slow and fast opening. These valves open the flow of gas when the coil is electrically powered and closes when it offs. It can be controlled by thermostats, switches, etc. Setaak solenoid valves are produced with a maximum inlet pressure of up to 200 mbar (DN15, 20 fast opening valves) and a maximum inlet pressure of up to 360 mbar in accordance with EN161 and EN13611 including DN15 to DN80.

Smart selection of Gas/Air Ratio Controls

Setaak Air/gas ratio controls are designed in two types SET282 in size DN25 and SET285 in sizes DN40, 50. Air/gas ratio controls with inlet pressure up to 500 mbar are produced in accordance with the national standard of Iran INSO6027-1 in accordance with EN 88-1.
Gas air ratio controls can be used as follows:
1- Zero regulator, keeps the downstream pressure uniform from low to high capacities.
2- Air/gas ratio controls, keeps the air/gas ratio constant even when changing the air pressure.
Based on the pressure ratio, product selection and installation layout should be as follows:
Gas/Air pressure in a ratio of 1:1
Gas/Air pressure from 1:2 ratio to 1:10 ratio (Requires a proportional valve in the air sensor line)
Gas/Air pressure from 2:1 ratio to 10:1 ratio (Requires a proportional valve in the gas sensor line)

Smart selection of Liquefied Gas Pressure Regulators

Setaak Liquefied Gas Regulators are designed with various inlet pressure ranges, including inlet pressure up to 1.4 bar, up to 10 bar and up to 17.5 bar in accordance with UL144 and EN16129. These regulator are provided in different capacities and outlet pressures in three sizes: 1/2F.NPT, 3/4F.NPT, and F.POL.
These regulators are produced as first stage and second stage or single stage. Two-stage regulators have better pressure stability and higher capacity.

Smart selection of Relief Valves

Relief valves are produced in two types and two inlet pressure ranges, up to 450 mbar and up to 5 bar in size DN25. Safety requirements of this product are in accordance with the national standard of Iran INSO22107.
The relief valves opens when the pressure exceeds the allowable pressure and discharges pressure peaks outside into the air. It closes immediately as the pressure drops to under the set pressure. It is necessary to use it if the gas speed is more than 30 m/s.

Smart selection of Max. Pressure Shut Off Valves

Max. Pressure shut off valve SET275 is usually installed before the main regulator of the gas line and shuts off gas flow upstream when the pressure exceeds the set pressure in order to make the entire system safe. The valve can only be opened manually and this must only be after solving the problem that caused the closure. General requirements of this product are in accordance with the national standard of Iran INSO22107 and are produced in sizes DN40, 50.

These products include Rotating Flange SET950X in size DN25 and Integrated Flange SET952 in sizes DN40, 50 with Screws, Nuts, and Washers SET953 to convert Setaak threaded products into flanged ones.
